Ritual Guide
A personal ritual does not need to be elaborate. Its value comes from attention and repetition, not spectacle.
1. Choose one intention
Name a quality you want to notice or practise: steadiness, openness, patience, courage, or another word that feels precise.
2. Give the object a place
Put it where it naturally meets your day—beside a journal, near an entrance, on a desk, or worn as jewellery. Keep the arrangement simple.
3. Create a small action
When you encounter the object, take one breath, repeat a short phrase, ring a bell once, move one mala bead, or write a single line.
4. Return without judgement
Missing a day does not break the practice. Begin again the next time you notice the object.
These suggestions are reflective practices, not medical, financial, religious, or therapeutic advice.
