At The Celestial Archive, we believe an artifact should resonate with its keeper. If your acquisition does not align with your spirit, we offer a 15-day return window.
- Return Period: 15 days from delivery.
- Condition: Artifacts must be returned in their original archival packaging with the seal intact.
- Process: Contact us at support@celestarchive.com to initiate an alignment exchange or return.
- Damages: If an artifact arrives damaged during its journey, please provide photographic evidence within 48 hours for a prioritized replacement.
